Lee graduated with a Batchelors in Civil Engineering from Teesside University in 2014, taking some time out before starting in industry in 2016 as a Graduate Engineer and Technician with Alan Wood and Partners (Scarborough), before moving onto a Graduate Engineer role with Bell Munro Consulting (Gateshead) in 2017 where he worked up to an Associate managing various projects and engineers.
Lee is an experienced engineer with a specialist knowledge in aluminium design for cladding and curtain walling.
Lee is currently involved with the regional group for the IStructE as a committee member.

Steven graduated with a Batchelors in Civil Engineering from Northumbria University in 2020, taking an opportunity to undertake an Internship with CK21 (Newcastle) in 2019. Following his graduation he took a role with CK21 in 2020 as a Grauate Structural Engineer, following this he moved on to a Graduate Structural Engineer role with Bell Munro Consulting (Gateshead) in 2021 where he progressed to a Project Structural Engineer, before moving to Portland Consulting Engineers in 2024 as a Structural Engineer.
Steve has a wide variety of engineering skills from domestic design, reports, temporary works, portal frame buildings, and commercial projects.
